Jen Cossey is the founder of Anthurium Creative, a consultancy focused on strengthening leadership, culture, and performance inside organizations.

With more than two decades of experience in hospitality, operational leadership, and brand development, Jen has built and led teams responsible for tens of millions in revenue, launched new business ventures, and guided organizations through periods of growth and transformation. Her work has consistently focused on one core question: what allows teams to work well together in ways that sustain both performance and trust?

Across industries, Jen noticed the same pattern emerging again and again. Most performance challenges were not strategy problems , they were interpretation problems.

These invisible dynamics often sit just beneath the surface of otherwise strong organizations. When they go unexamined, they create friction and confusion. When they are surfaced and aligned, teams move faster, trust deepens, and results follow.

Jen’s work focuses on helping organizations make those dynamics visible and actionable. Through facilitated workshops, leadership retreats, and strategic advisory, she helps teams connect mindset to culture, culture to behavior, and behavior to performance.

Before founding Anthurium Creative, Jen held senior leadership roles across luxury hospitality, wine, and spirits organizations, leading large teams, launching new ventures, and designing high-impact customer experiences. That operational background continues to shape her approach today: culture is not an abstract concept, it is a practical system that influences how people lead, collaborate, and deliver results.
